Privacy Policy

LFG Loud is a brand of LFG Ventures LLC (“we”, “us”). We build brands and websites, run social media and marketing, and publish posts for the businesses we work with. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
01 What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone, business name, from our booking form or messages.
- Your account details if you have a client login, including a securely hashed password.
- Material you send us: photos, logos, brand files, content.
- Billing details. Card numbers go to our payment processor; we never see or store them.
- Basic site analytics: pages viewed, browser and device type, approximate city.
02 How we use it
We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
- To reply to you and hold your consultation.
- To deliver the work you hire us for, and to report on it.
- To bill you and keep records.
- To keep our services secure.
03 Connected social accounts
To publish for you, you connect your accounts (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or Google) by signing in on that platform and approving access. We never see your password.
From a connected account we receive: your profile name, username and picture; access tokens, stored on our servers only and used only to act for your account; and, for posts we publish, their links and public numbers (views, likes, comments, shares) for your reports.
We publish only the posts you approved, at the times you chose. We don't read your private messages, and we don't sell or share your account data. Video and image files we upload are deleted from our storage 30 days after they're posted.
You can disconnect at any time, from your LFG Loud account or in the platform's settings (on TikTok: Settings and privacy, then Security, then Apps and services permissions). When you disconnect, we delete the access tokens within 24 hours and your profile information within 30 days.
04 Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run parts of our work, under contract: hosting (Render), database and file storage (Supabase), email (Resend) and payments (Square). Also advisers such as accountants when needed, and anyone the law requires.
05 How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become clients: up to 24 months.
- Client accounts and project data: for the engagement and 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Billing records: seven years, as required.
06 Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information. Email tony@lfgventures.io and we'll respond within 30 days.
